Job Overview

We’re looking for a highly motivated and passionate Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is eager to drive growth and build long-term partnerships. A true team player with a strategic mindset, capable of identifying new business opportunities and taking ownership of the full sales cycle. Has a strong history of successfully signing contracts with operators within the Sportsbook or broader iGaming industry.

Location: United Kingdom or Mid-EU countries.

What you’ll be doing:

• Set up a process to manage, motivate, and close new deals;
• Identify opportunities on a global scale (main focus EU & Latam);
• Follow big deals, analyze special cases, overdue activities, and deal flows;
• Identify, design, develop, and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue goals and the company’s mission;
• Conduct market research in key areas of online business;
• Attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions;
• Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on work results.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working in the iGaming industry with a history of successful client acquisition or partnership development;
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience;
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset;
• Strong client-facing approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service;
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
